Made a Neil Perry dish that i converted to TMX...Veal involtini.  Even though it was hot today we both enjoyed it.

I just halved the ilb recipe chucked in a couple of handfuls of maltesers and whizzed it up too easy

Swedish Meatballs for us tonight - I've been thinking lately that everyone loves Ikeas meatballs and I've never eaten them.

I used the Thermolicious App recipe. I've posted a review of it.
I liked the meatballs themselves but the sauce needed something more and it was too watery (plus it burnt to my bowl)

No need to answer Jadey (oops too late), I saw the other posting.  The sauce for that recipe on the forum is quite nice, have a look at it and see where it differs from the one you did.  You need a decent sauce on any meatball - it makes or breaks a recipe I think.

for some reason I've never wanted to eat them,  dh thinks their delicious but it's food so that's no surprise
 I have had them on my list since joining this forum just never got around to it
