Made a double quantity of the chicken parmagana from the non TMX section, a cottage pie and apple crumble.  The cottge pie and one of the chicken parmagana are for a friend who has slipped another disc in her back and can barely move about.  We will have half the apple crumble each.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Salmon patties made with leftover mash from last night

PC veg soup, I will add some cooked rice depending who is home for tea tonight

And I have eggplants salted and draining, will make eggplant parmigiana
i don't need a recipe i'm italian
