I've made gingerbread biscuits today, and unsure what else is on the menu...better decide on dinner soon though! 4pm already - where did the day go?!

Could go one with a cuppa right now Robyn, just lovely.

I made a batch of Breakfast Hash this morning for my tea tonight with an egg.

Thank you lovelies - nothing in the class of the magnificent Maddy, but the butter cream that I mentioned last weekend (after doing 5 doz cakes) is so quick and just perfect every time for piping!!!

Robyn they look amazing!  What is the cake recipe you use - vanilla ILB?

I've just made a huge batch of baked beans in the slow cooker for breakfast tomorrow and Mr 3 also loves to take them to preschool in his thermos for lunch.

And I've made up some salted chocolate melting moments which are way too addictive!

I shouldn't but I have made some rocky road and honey crackles to be divided and sent back for my Melbourne "kids".  Was in a cafe last week with DD2 and she wanted a crackle which was $4.50   :o so I'll make her a whole heap for that price. Sending back also some dried egg pasta and a couple of frozen vac sealed spaghetti bolg blocks. Surprisingly if its wrapped in a few layers of newspaper it doesn't thaw by the time she gets to Sydney.

Those cupcakes are amazing Johnro,   :)

I had not realised that crackles were that expensive Creampuff. Sounds like family are being well looked after  ;D

Like Judy I would love one of those lovely looking cupcakes right now. I have just woken up from a long nana nap and having a cup of coffee.

CP my DD still loves honey crackles. You are simply being a nice Mum.

Snappy is the recipe for your melting moments on here. They sound delicious.
I am having 'no cooking' withdrawal. Everything has been done and put in the freezer and I have no oven. I am substituting reading. .

Cookie, I just use the recipe for custard biscuits from this forum (my all time favourite!). 👍

http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=3127

I reduce the flour by 30 grams and substitute 30 grams cocoa.  I then add a couple of pinches of Himalayan pink salt.  And then I give them the super glamorous name of salted chocolate melting moments! 😄
