I'm using an Oven! This is exciting as I haven't wanted to use mine (saving cleaning while house on market)... And it's not just any oven,  it's my mums beautiful Miele oven,  I'm in love :)
So far this afternoon I've made
Maddy's cheese & bacon rolls
Dani Valent's Spag bol (omitted orange & star anise)
Judy's tinned spaghetti
Plain white rolls no fuss
And tonight will make my third apple pie this week!
& maybe custard.

Thanks everyone,  it has been a busy and happy day in the kitchen. I thought ovens were ovens until I had a bad one.. now I know that some have hot spots,  can't hold a constant temperature and are just rubbish.  I'm much more discerning now and really appreciate the Miele,  it does  the most beautiful job,  it's just a shame they are so expensive!
