ACW, there was a show on Foxtell called " Fixing Dinner".

They had Edamame beans on there in the meal plans always. Its filmed in Canada.

Loved the show, great ideas on meal planning for a family.
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

I put a lamb shank casserole in the oven and after 2 hours thought I had better check it.  The @#$&* oven had gone out and the shanks were still raw. Not sure why but I wasn;t impressed.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

The first time we were served edamee beans was in Hawaii, we didnt have a clue & ate the whole lot, only later we were told how to eat them, much nicer if you dont eat the whole thing :)

Chookie, dip would be good :)

Chookie - that dip looks fabulous.  May I ask where you were able to get the edamame?  :)

I love endamame beans, m sue they would be great in a dip.

I've had a big day cooking today. Egg and bacon muffins, coffee syrup, bacon and cheese rolls, fudge wudgy cookies, naan, butter chicken, chicken tikka and finally chickpea and pumpkin soup.

Kimmyh the tips definitely worked, the hardest part with the naan is knowing what the dough should feel like and they let me play with a piece so I could get an idea. The naan was fantastic although the charcoal had games in the tandoor so we burnt the bottom f each piece! I've put a few photos of the end result in the tandoor thread.

Wow Robyn, I think that's the first photo I've seen you post on here ;D Nice one ;)

I did a bit of kitchen handing at work today so I made a few sandwiches, wraps and rolls. No cooking at home except for dinner :P
