I'm using an Oven! This is exciting as I haven't wanted to use mine (saving cleaning while house on market)... And it's not just any oven,  it's my mums beautiful Miele oven,  I'm in love
So far this afternoon I've made
Maddy's cheese & bacon rolls
Dani Valent's Spag bol (omitted orange & star anise)
Judy's tinned spaghetti
Plain white rolls no fuss
And tonight will make my third apple pie this week!
& maybe custard.

Thanks everyone,  it has been a busy and happy day in the kitchen. I thought ovens were ovens until I had a bad one.. now I know that some have hot spots,  can't hold a constant temperature and are just rubbish.  I'm much more discerning now and really appreciate the Miele,  it does  the most beautiful job,  it's just a shame they are so expensive!
