Great minds think alike Frozzie. ;D I was going to suggest the same thing, 180 degrees f would be about 85-90c whcih would work for 30-40 minutes toasting oats and sunflower seeds.

CP, I would email Nico and let him know of this problem. You can contact him through his website here. He is bound to respond to you.  I must change my copy to read more like 'place oats & seeds into a cold oven, turn to 180oC and bake for 10 mins'.

cup cakes and biccies for kids.
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

Thermy had a workout yesterday. Made 2 days worth of porridge with cinnamon, sultanas and chopped nuts.
Then turned leftover "tough as old boots" roast beef into mince and added to chopped vegies to make cottage pie, topped with mashed potatoes (of course), then made crumble topping for apple and pear crumble, and custard (of course)!  :D

DD's friend was staying, and having told me that cottage pie and crumble are her favourite foods, ( :o the pressure!!  :D) gave them both a big thumbs up.  :)
Beauty is only fur deep.....

Lazy bones me, I was out most of the day again. That is what happens in some school holidays.
I have made some bread as we are completely out.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

I wasn't planning on cooking today, but we were out of bread, so I made a soy and linseed loaf, Hally's zucchini, bacon & cheese scrolls and an Armenian nutmeg cake :)

They look delicious.
We picked up some lovely strawberries today so I made some of Tenina's Strawberry Jam.

I'm a savoury lover, I'll have one of the scrolls thanks ES but your cakes always look nice too.

I've made an assortment of little savouries for our High Tea for the retreat, all vacuum sealed and frozen ready to hand over to DD when I next see her.  My part is now done  ;D
