I made a Donna Hay cheesecake yesterday for supper tonight (another birthday cake for DH). Waiting to see how it tastes before I post the conversion. I cooked it lower than the recipe suggests as my oven runs hot but sadly it cracked again. I'd left it with the babysitter to turn off the oven for me  but not sure if I would have turned it off before the hour myself.

Further to the chocolate custard cupcakes. No dramas with the custard. The rice Flour gave them a definite texture and crumb. Suspect the original is better. Went down a treat at work the next day with vanilla buttercream.

I have just made some scrolls with leftover chick peas and veggies for lunch. I still have some left over!
Here are the last few before cooking.

You've done well to get so much done with your batch of chickpeas & vegies Cookie - I like meals that can be stretched like this.

Lovely muffins and friands.

The cookie jar is full again.  Chocolate chip cookies and walnut refrigerator biscuits.
