Bedlam that ice cream sounds good and one my Nutella loving DS might enjoy.

I think my nutella loving son would like it also.  I don't buy it anymore as he will slink off somewhere and eat the whole container.

Salted caramel is a favourite in this house.

Lucky you Astarra, it wouldn't take you long to get through 18 eggs in your house.

salted caramel is the hot fave here too. I have to make it all the time. Today tho, I think I may give the chocolate recipe from F&E a go. Using 6 egg yolks is a little off putting, tho I could probably make a pavlova then

Thanks JD I will try that next time.
We love the salted caramel and it makes a nice amount. The fererra one is only a Bowl full for DH. He is complaining at present because along with my dinner set I bought some nice size sweet bowls, apparently too small.

Your icecreams look lovely Bedlam.
Astarra and Arcadia you have been busy.

I made Tenina's strawberry jam and that is about all today. DH said there was none left, he didnt look on the bottom shelf of the fridge.  ;)

Made a sorbet from frozen watermelon and bananas (not frozen). Sounded like a good idea when I read a post on Facebook. Sadly, it didn't taste nice as the bananas were not ripe. First time I tried using a banana. It looked pretty though.

Cookie, I just love that I can post photos now. The ice cream are both delicious. I am going to make some more granuesli this morning, it was a nice change, will try maple syrup this time. I used honey last time.

Granuesli and ice cream are on my list of things to make today.
DH has been dropping hints for more granuesli since we got back from holidays a month ago.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

I have just made some apricot jam to give for a Christmas gift.  The recipient will be here today so he will get an early gift. :)
