I am feeling very pleased - on my 3rd attempt to convert my old faithful onion tart recipe, I finally nailed it!  ;D ;D ;D
Made 5 dozen of them  :)

These are not quite cooked as I generally undercook things that will be reheated before eating  ;) :D

I made some biccies but they failed. They are as flat as a credit card  ??? I can blame Telstra for that as I was on hold yesterday for over an hour so I was wiping down everything in sight, and I must've turned the dial to grill setting or something by mistake  :-))

CP that is a jolly nuisance. Judy you have been busy. Chookie your bread looks divine.
I haven't done much today, only another loaf of bread.

Not sure about today yet, but yesterday

Magic bean muffins with chocolate icing
Carrot cake muffins with cream cheese icing
Old faithful chocolate slice with choccy icing (did it in the tmx)
Apple slice that failed so whipped up some custard and that was pudding
Cheese sauce, just cause I can and its easy so makes broccoli/cauli gratin really easy.

You're going really well there arcadia, love what you did with a failed recipe.  Bron, one of our early members always said if a savoury dish fails turn it into soup, if a sweet recipe fails turn it into ice-cream but a pudding works well too for many cake failures.

Havent eaten any yet so it gives a good comparison of volume. Both taste yummy. I might try adding whole eggs to the nutella one any one think why you wouldnt the caramel icecream is delicious with whole eggs?

Bedlam, here's a recipe for Nutella ice-cream which uses the whole eggs - 2 versions to make, uncooked or cooked although it looks as though she preferred the cooked method.
