Yes, very handy when you can duck out into the kitchen CP.  It must be a nuisance to have to go back into the office though  ;D

I agree Suzanne. Maple syrup makes the Granuesli.

my dh has been having this for breakfast since I started making it and he says he can last until lunch time without having to snack,  which is a good thing for him no more stops at the biscuit barrel on his way past it ::)

My DH often grabs a handful for a snack.

DD's birthday is tomorrow (also the one year anniversary of receiving my TMX - handy that it arrived on her bday so I can remember!), so today is cake baking day.
I've baked Magic Bean Cake (one of her buddies is gluten-free) as her main cake, and now baking vanilla version of ILB cake as cupcakes.
Then making jelly (not sure I can count that as "cooking" though).

My mum gave me some cute little paper baking cups which I'm using for the cupcakes and jelly - never used them before so hope they work alright.  They look nice anyway.

Other than that, not too much to prepare - going to make sausage rolls tomorrow, and heat up the cocktail sausages at party time and open a bag of chips.  I keep my kids' expectations low!  ;) Although DD has been going on today about how the cake will be shaped like two dogs....it won't be, I'm afraid.

2 dogs, now that's a hard one - wonder where she got that idea from  ;D  It's fun making things for kids' parties Jo, enjoy your day.

I have a lamb casserole in the oven and a chicken curry simmering on the stove top.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.
