Maddy I am having a coffee at the moment and I would love a slice of that.

So far today I have made bread, an EDC custard, started a sourdough loaf, made jellies, dunked the Bon Bons, and will do some more preparation later this afternoon.

Yummy cooking Maddy & ES :)

Getting back into the cooking groove after a long time with little mojo! First thing was to give the pantry an overhaul. ..three hours later and I was ready to cook!
Made Peanut Butter Cheesecake, JulieO's Fruit mince and pastry (will assemble later), and have started Jamie Oliver's get-ahead-gravy....next will be "stuffins" and maybe chocolate mousse or panacottas and some choc pistachio fudge....trying to give myself a day off tomorrow :)

I've just iced the Santa Cupcake/muffins like Kimmy made.

You can see that the little white balls went everywhere. I decided not to cover them completely with icing as we find them too sweet then. No kids to love them fully iced.

Everyone has been very busy.  :)
I have given away most if the goodies I made this week, so I need to make more, so today I made the base for Tenina's chocolate icecream and some more pistachio and cranberry Christmas before work, and when I came home I churned the icecream, made more salted caramel fudge and now have raisins soaking in rum to make more icecream.  DH told me last night that he needed to take a plate of food to work today, so I sent a selection along, and the most popular was the salted cRamel fudge.

When we were in Melbourne Judy I bought the Santa pants, the cupcake papers and the little white balls in a set. They are just sugar balls.
Kimmy made a similar thing.
