I cook the lasagna first and then freeze Suzanne but I think either way would work as you buy uncooked frozen lasagna in the supermarket.  :)

Thanks Michele I wasn't sure as I don't freeze meals ahead but thought it would be a good one to try since I always have enough lasagna sheets left over and it's easy enough to double the mince :D

I've just done a batch of plum and raspberry jam and now the Mushroom Ketchup is cooking away happily. DH just came in for coffee and said it smells nice.  :-\

I have a question if I make a lasagna is it best to cook it first then freeze or freeze it uncooked? I make my own pasta and not sure if it makes a difference :D
I cook it first, cool it and cut it into single serves. Easier for DH to take to work when on arvo shift.

I have a side by side fridge freezer like yours too Jo, except the freezer bit is only a half width 30cm. Good part is you can't lose anything or clutter it when it's that small.

Today made raw luscious lime tarts from Tenina's What's for dessert. Also made a raw foods recipe I found on Pinterest called key lime pie balls. Not many made it into the fridge. Ds5 and I couldn't stop eating them!

Chokkie I haven't had meatloaf for years but I could tuck into that right now as I think chicken would be nicer than beef
