It's too hot here to cook anything much, but i did make a quinoa tabbouleh salad to accompany the bbq'd chicken skewers for dinner.

DS14 is very pleased with himself. He made Chookie's Belgium Lemon Teacake on his own. With just a bit of "Does this look right, mum?"

The teacake looks great - well done to DS 

Made some arancini balls following a few tips from CC. They worked out much better by shallow frying in a small pot.
