It's too hot here to cook anything much, but i did make a quinoa tabbouleh salad to accompany the bbq'd chicken skewers for dinner.

CP, I was really happy with the sweet chilli sauce I made using this recipe http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=2309

It is just like the bought one (but better).

Silicon paper on the Aga simmering plate.
I do have my great granny's girdle ( yes it is a girdle) but didn't use it today.

The teacake looks great - well done to DS  :D

Made some arancini balls following a few tips from CC. They worked out much better by shallow frying in a small pot.  :D
