I made a batch of Babana & Date muffins, did them at 6.30 this morning while it was cool. Going to be hot in Perth today, and I will have my little GD in half an hour, for the day.
Also made macadamia nut paste, my indulgence on toast with coffee mid morning.
Boiled some eggs also, for a salad tonight. GD is a light sleeper, so wanted to get Thermie things done before her nap time.

DD is home sick so no work for me. I used Kimmy's pastry and made a Quiche Lorraine. It was perfect. Used up all my ham that was starting to turn, cream due to expire Saturday, leftover bits of cheese and drying out herbs. Yum!

Some everyday bread. I have the SD starter out and feeding him up to make some SD. Tonight we will try the air fryer for some nibbles.

Made a batch of ham, cheese & zucchini pizza scrolls today, some to eat today and the rest for the freezer. They are all gone now so none for the freezer .  :D

Airfried glazed doughnuts. Not quite Krispy Kreme but still tasty 😄
