you girls are very clever making bread & pizza in something other than your oven

I made Chilli & Cheese bread without burning myself, then butter, then Umami Paste, then Café de Umami butter

DH chose steak for dinner, but I couldn't just cook the steak on the bbq without having something Thermie to go with it. I'll review the Umami butter tomorrow  ;)

Lemon grass chicken
Chinese Pepper steak with stirfried veggies and  apricot chicken risotto. Oh and pepper steak pies with mushrooms. We had the risotto for dinner, the rest went to the freezer.

BZB they look lovely. I had convinced myself I didn't want one. Now I am thinking it may be handy in the van. How large were the pizzas please?

A very late start with cooking here tonight - ice-cream from KIS and quinoa puddings from ITM, reviews once I've tasted them.

I have Chookie's fruit loaf with walnuts in the oven. I think that will be the last thing until dinner as it is warming up.
