Goodness cookie.  I make one thing in thermie and feel like I've "done good". But there you are making a feast !

Can you adopt me, please 😉

I've prepped some kebabs for tea but needed a side dish and thought, rice.  Did some searching on the forum and some googling and came up with......vegetable risotto.

I've made it and been eating it out of the bowl.  DH can have the kebabs, I'm just having the risotto, it's absolutely delish (even if I say so myself😊)
I do the best I can

I'd happily adopt you Chrissa but you may prefer Chookie to.  ;) ;)

I've done an enormous batch of Choccy Rocks. Biscuits that were around years ago. Also ILB chocolate cake in my new fancy tin. I will put ganache on it later when it is cool.

Lots of lovely cooking again today from you ladies.

I made a green smoothie for breakfast, apricot balls, cocao bliss balls, Anzac biscuits, tuna pasta for dinner and then sticky date pudding for dessert. All so yummy. Have I said I love my tmx ;)

This morning I have made

2 Blackberry and apple pies with fresh picked blackberries,

1 Meat loaf with plenty of vegetables hidden in it. :D

2 Jars of Bess's Tomato Sauce

1 Jam turnover with the left over pastry from the pies.

The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

I made quite a nice 2 cheese & garlic pull apart today, based on a recipe in March SFI. :)

This looks so good I could eat it off the screen!

Julie, bread looks yum.  Is that the magazine with all the different breads in it?  There is an interesting Roti recipe that I would like to try.
Chrissa, you are adopted,  love to share you with Cookie.

Julie, your picture looks better than the one in the book ;D  I like the look of the Pesto, fetta and spinach one as well.

Judy, that's the next one on my list to try.  :D

Thanks Chookie.  It has a section called Breaking Bread, (nearly wrote Breaking Bad!) :) ,  but I couldn't see a roti recipe in there unless it's in another section.

I haven't looked through a SFI for years and I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it is and so cheap.  Can see me starting to buy the ebook version which is even cheaper.  ;D

There's some lovely Martha Stewart cakes at the back of the mag too (March) which look really lovely.  :D

I could post the recipe (or my take of it) if anyone is interested.  I did make it in the TM.  :)
