Which recipe did you make ILB? The almonds finished off in the oven one? Am hoping to make some at the weekend. Was given a 10 kilo sack of almonds last weekend from DH old village. DH will be busy cracking them all this weekend for me!

Today I have made another batch of Sugared Amonds, Macadamia Parmesan Shortbread Wafers, Chocolate Hazelnut Kisses and finally Eggnog Liqueur (Advocaat). The latter will be tested later before a review is posted.
Thanks Thermomixer. The recipe stated grease proof paper then foil and tie it tight with kitchen string. I only had baking paper to go with the foil and string and they turned out really well. An hour and a half and they were done nicely.
