I made some Graneusli and also the Tapioca Fruit dish in the new EDC. it is meant to be a breakfast dish I think but DD and I ate some for sweets tonight. It is delicious.

Made Lorraine pascales frangipan tart again, Moroccan red lentil soup, 2 x quirky Jo's brown rice and chicken soup, sticky date puds and  2 x no fuss bread fermenting in the fridge overnight. I have thought of Hally all day with her two Thermies. Would have made good use of 2 today.

Happy Mothers Day all xx

My middle-child-syndrome son turns 12 today. He asked for an Oreo cheesecake, so I made a New York chocolate cheesecake with Oreo biscuit base for my gorgeous boy 💗

Thank you Bonsai, Judy, CC, Mich, GF, Obbie and Julie 😄

I made ganache from the I Love chocolate book(thanks CC) and Maddy's choc buttercream. The icing was very runny and I was so worried that it would drop out from the nozzle. Thank goodness no major mistake. Just tiny ones 😁

What a lovely cake BZB. I'm sure Andrew was thrilled with it. Happy birthday Andrew.

I've made Chookie's Walnut Fruit loaf, and Katie's Cheese and Chili bread to have with soup that DH made using his latest ham bone.
DD some some yummy Rosemary and Cheese biscuits. We are well fed at the moment.
