Great salad JF-the ramekin eggs look good too. I use multixbake as well and find it very good.

Amanda's Lemon and Yoghurt cake.  Made 3 little cakes in coffee cups and 1 mini cake.  The little cakes have Tangello jam in the bottom.  ate 2 for lunch.  Baked in AF.
Bruce and Mandy for Afternoon tea and didn't want to bake large cake as I and you all know who would eat it.!!

BZB they seemed to jump out at me from the screen. Delicious.

I have made a Chocolate, Orange Carrot Cake this afternoon. The raw mix was lovely so hopefully the cooked cake will be too.
