Uni, Eve is such a sweetie.
BZB,  can't give times for cakes as I kept. Sticking a skewer in until cooked.  160 degrees does seem right and covered with a small tin pizza tray for last 10 minutes so they don't get too brown.  This mix was more solid than the previous ones that I made,  so needed longer baking.
Astarra,  glad you have lots of help.

I've roasted 5 red capsicums for the freezer, made umami paste and a double batch of Taco seasoning.

Thank you Judy, CC, Cookie, Denise and INAID 😄

Cookie and other Perth folks, what potatoes do you use for chips? The only floury ones I could get hold of at Subi Market (that were less than $3/kg) were Royal Blue.

Uni, your Eve is super gorgeous xx

Chookie's Turkish Pide. Airfried. And a bowl of EDC minestrone from the freezer. Yum!

Nothing exciting Suzanne?  My family would be thrilled if I made those  ;)

I've made bagels and thinking about getting onto some yoghurt...maybe after DD's swimming lesson though.  I have procrastinated a little too long to do it now!

BZB I use whatever we have for chips. Often it is nasty Nadines.

I'm making some cauliflower and bacon soup at the moment.
I had a bit of pastry left from my quiche the other night, so I rolled it out, sprinkled it with a tiny bit of molasses sugar and put some fruit mince on it. Rolled it up and cooked it in the AF. Dessert tonight with custard. Gert and others using up pantry and freezer bits you are having a good influence on me. As we aren't going away I have the holiday freezer to empty now. No meat to buy for several weeks I would say.  ;D

May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Looks good, Cookie.

Cooked chicken curry for dinner and whipped up butter this morning. Had run out of the golden yumminess 2 days ago. Then made some simple but tasty butter cookies for the boys' afternoon tea. Got to hide them from me! 😁

This cookies taste like those that mum bought when we were kids. They came in round blue tins from exotic Europe 😄 They have 2 surprising ingredients (to me): sour cream and rice flour.
