Mab,  good weather for soup.
Made a curry for Dinner,  using up all the bits of veggies and meat from freezer.

No cooking here today, was busy all day.
Chookie your bread looks amazing. I haven't used the AF to do any rolls or bread. I'm chicken.

My fave from yesterday's effort was the orange and date muffins  ;D

Would love the recipe if you have time to post it Jo.  :)

I have just posted it...while I sit here and eat one of them with a cup of coffee.  :D

Bread and MJ's Highlighter cake. I should have realised I needed a bigger tin but was too lazy to get one out. Hence I have a very peaked 8 inch cake. (20cm). I'm tempted to make it a giant butterfly cake ;D. Lucky it is only a home cake.

Today  made a balsamic reduction.

http://www.superkitchenmachine.com/2012/16145/thermomix-recipe-balsamic-vinegar-reduction.html

I used 750 mls of Balsamic and it took about an hour to reduce . Just needed to replenish. A favourite.

Thanks for pointing this one out Gert, I hadn't thought it could be done in advance like that.  Yum, Balsamic vinegar is on my shopping list.

A bit of a basics stockup today.  Making yoghurt, and then later will do some vege stock concentrate.

Then I need to think up something transportable to take to mum's for lunch tomorrow...

I always have a least 250 to 300 mls in a glass jar in the fridge. I just decant what. I need into a little jug. It lasts, well, forever as far as I know. I haven't made any in about 4 months. It ages  well.

Hally I ditched my cooking mojo for 30 days. I loved it. Now I am cooking again but easing into it .

Looking up WC recipes might do the trick for you. Anyway be different.
