It was lovely BZB. It had an underlying hint of chilli.
Today i made some cheese and bacon rolls in a rush. Not particularly good. The taste is fine but you shouldn't  try to hurry yeast.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Snap Obbie - choc muffins and also some seed crackers with a Danish name...will see how they go and post the recipe if any good (and look up the name ;) )

And I had better make some bread too.

Fruit & Oat Bread - a recipe from Bee's booklet (Tick of Yum) All Bread Kneads... is a Thermomix! which my SS gave me as part of my present last Christmas.    I used the Vienna loaf method for rising the dough seeing as it's winter and it worked perfectly for this loaf. I'm being very patient waiting for it to cool down a bit before cutting into it  ;D

Cut loaf - delicious!

Today I made 2 minute noodle fritters just to see if I could. First time. I have even bought a packet. DH needs  to take something to the Fri night meting of the. Herpatological Society meting while. I go out to a girlie Birthday party!   I made little ones and they were quite tasty and good cold.

Also today I have been making candied orange peel sort, of In the Thermomix. It was taking too long and I was afraid  of making the syrup too hot. Hope it turns out but if not no matter as I can use it anyway.  I am sticky everywhere and I hate sugar so can't even lick it off.

Also made something else in preparation for The Great Quail Challenge.

DH ate them so fast  I did not have time but. I will take a pic on Friday when I make more .

Quick easy snack apparently kids love then and mothers hide vegetables  in them.
