Always Gert :)

I have a question though. .. I've made all the food... now how best to reheat the curries?!? Two of them still need extra cooking as the meat is not as tender as I'd like...all suggestions welcome!

Jamberie, for my recent Indian feast. I used the oven to heat/finish cooking the food. Then just cooked rice on the night.  Was such a fun night for me as all the work was done. :)
Your dishes sound yummy!

Thanks Jo and Hally. The food won't all fit in the oven... I'm thinking maybe Dutch ovens or slowcookers (I have 4 of each available to choose from).

Yes Jo, I love that most of the dishes are already done :)

Sounds amazing Jam, I'm sure all your food will go down a treat.
So much easier on yourself having it all cook before hand.  Great effort!

Glad you have your cooking mojo back Hally.

Did your DD sculpt those herself or did she buy them? If she did them herself I am in awe.
