Now, that's a good idea Michele.  I was wondering what I could do for Mum for a change from rice pudding and this may just be the answer.

They look lovely Mich. I made DJ's small Fruit and Nut loaf today.

The scrolls look great; I have just made some chilli jam for our son who likes chilli. I don't like it but when it was cooked I had some on steak for our dinner and it was amazing. It was a bit like a relish. Recipe from the other forum.

I'm going to give the chicken and cannellini nuggets a try, they sound really good.

What did you stuff the capsicums with?

I have made a batch of EDC Vege stock, while it is cooling in the bowl, I made a batch of Quirky's Raw Chocolate Semi-fredo (without avocado) in my 2 nd bowl. I have little grandson for the day, he loves it for dessert!

Spinach and mushroom lasagne. Used up a few lonely lasagne sheets from the freezer and spinach that wasn't going to last much longer.
