Lovely cooking everyone.
Chookie we have two legged rats here too....and sometimes four legged.
Cooked varoma corned beef on the weekend. The smell of it cooking must have driven our puppy jasper mad. When he was let inside to have his dinner prepared for him, he raced to the kitchen and propped two paws ontop of the bench and started licking the leftovers! Poor DH had his heart set on cold corned beef sandwiches with the leftovers. Cheeky puppy.

Yum, so many tasty meals on the menu.

Today I have made some mini bacon and egg pies, madeleines, "apple turnovers" (just using brioche dough), and making some chicken Kiev for dinner.

I'm cooking the SD loaf I had in the fridge over night. I was very happy with the way it rose in the fridge. I let it warm up for a couple of hours and it is now in the oven.

Nice cooking everyone.  I have been a bit slack since the GC went home.  So today I decided to make an effort and have cooked some silverside for dinner tonight and Astarra's SC chops are in the SC at the moment.

I've completed the Ciabiatta SD rolls. I'm very pleased with them.

If anyone is interested I will put up the recipe and method.
