I made Chookie's Soda Bread to have with our cauliflower soup tonight. The silly soup bubbled out of and all through the HMP. It took me ages to clean.
It's a bit more rustic looking than Chookie's but tasted very nice. It was so quick and easy to make too.

I like rustic loaves cookie :D

Cauliflowers were $6.50 each in the supermarket this week.  I didn't buy one.

I bought a half on Thursday and it was nearly $4. Then on Friday they were $2.50. Hence we had cauliflower soup.

I made some everyday bread and Pumpkin Gnocchi today. I meant to do more but didn't.

Fabulous Bonsai. I nearly bought a wild rabbit for $20 on Friday but spotted some French St Azure Cheese instead along with an authentic chorizo.

Cauliflower expensive here.  Have some mini ones growing in veggie patch.  Bonsai,  that is a good mix of cooking.
ES and Kimmy,  you have been busy.
Yesterday I cooked Turkey wings in SC , in Kashmir sauce( out of bottle. ), Added mushrooms and zucchini.. Baked potatoes and pumpkin in AF,  from freezer.  Potatoes were microwaved before frozen.  Will be doing more of these.
Over night made 1 k of yoghurt in yoghurt maker using bought yoghurt, packet milk and heated and mixed in TMX.  It has all the good bugs and cost $2 to make.  Shop bought would have cost $6.
Also made Ricotta using Helene's recipe.  Beautiful ,  thanks Helene.
