Get well soon Gert.

Snow cookie that's a terrible thought.

Lovely rolls CC and lovely cookies Suzanne

BZB looks like a cake I used to make with melted butter. So easy and tastes so good. Will have to hunt out recipe.

Might bake later, need to food shop first! Haven't been in weeks!

Gert, Sydney is a minefield of bugs. Sorry to hear one (or "they ") hitched a ride back to sunny Qld with you. Can't say I blame them.  Sydney ... Beautiful one day...miserable the next. Went from a balmy spring like day yesterday to a high of 14 today...so over it!!! Lol

Get well soon Gert. It was 7 degrees here today. That's 20 degrees difference between us!
Great bread rolls CC and Judy.
Love your Oreo inspired cookies Suzanne.

Katie,  what don't you like about the SD loaf.   ?

It was too heavy and dense. I didn't leave it to rise enough on the second rise. Also my dough was very sticky and wet. I knew this when I kneaded it, but did nothing to correct it!

Hope you feel better soon Gert.

Lovely rolls Judy and lovely biscuits Susanne.

Lovely cooking everyone.  I've been a bit slack lately. :(

Great cake BZB. How do you get the top nice and flat?

I got lucky, Kimmy 😁😁

I'd usually move a bit of batter from centre to the sides. But sometimes the trick doesn't work. That's when a knife comes useful, and kids get some cake crumbs 😆

Suzanne, the cookies look gorgeous!

Made Gert's pizzas again, for a party at school. But had a little more finesse as it's my 2nd time 😁 Added a dash of everything just like Gert ...shrimps, sausages, poached chicken, mushroom, onion, feta, mozzarella, basil 😄😋

Great looking pizza bzb :D

today I made some cinnamon scrolls which I think was the recipe I said I wouldn't make again :o but I did,  my ds who is home from school sick said they were very nice but not like the bill Granger ones of this forum that I usually make, I also made some Anzac biscuits, I have a pot of pea and ham soup bubbling away and chicken chasseur done. Now I really need to get the housework finished and covering the pre primary books :-\
