Wanted a quick loaf of bread.  This is the Soda Bread from my new book. It is delicious.  Nice crust, grainy texture but not too coarse , lovely flavour.  Will post the recipe as I will certainly make it again.  Comfort food , yes.  Quick to make? Took 1 hour from mixing to out of oven.

I was expecting visitors today and they rang this morning to say they couldn't make it so I decided to have a cooking day.

Jam muffins using my pumpkin jam
Simple Shortbread Biscuits
Boiled Fruit Cake
Irish Brown Yeast Bread
Sausage rolls - non thermomix
SC Lamb Stew (still cooking)

Made Jo's buttermilk scones in the airfryer. Not sure if I'm on the right track, as I have only tasted scones once 😁
