It sounds lovely CP.
I love haloumi Uni. Yours looks delicious. I love the squeaky feeling as you eat it.

Made these today. They nearly didn't get shaped and baked because the dough was soooo sticky :-)) It was a close shave on whether to bin the dough as I was fed up handling it :D :D Glad I didn't ;) ;D

Interesting breakfast Uni, I thought the egg topping was cheese ;D

Lovely rolls Denise, glad you persevered.

Uni - that looks really tasty . . is everything inside the "sandwich" and just the cheese on top?

It looks tasty Uni. CC don't ever bin bread dough! A friend buried some up the back of her yard. It grew and came out of the ground like a big mushroom.  ;D ;D ;D I'm sure you could create, your rolls look lovely.

I made some biscuits yesterday, now I have Chookie's Rum and Raisin Banana Bread in the oven, and I have a brioche thing rising that I saw on the Artisan Breads Facebook site. We have a meeting here tonight. Maybe some baby quiches later on.

This has been my fun for today. It is really very easy to make and mine is far from perfect, but I had fun doing it.
