Thanks Chookie, I use a 12WBT recipe which are quite low in calories but havne't converted to TMX as I found it just as easy to mix up in a bowl. They are a great light lunch with a salad although I like them when the weather is warmer.

I'll make some of those quiches for the freezer for Mum when you post the recipe Chookie.  Our local baker sells them the size of an individual pie tin but yours look so much nicer.

DH found some almost dead bananas at his Mum's this morning so I am turning them into Aunt Debbie's Banana Bread. The recipe is on Tenina's blog.

CC my daughter eats 2 batches a week.

I will make banana bread tomorrow, I have 10 that need using up. :)
