Bedlam your cooking looks fantastic!!!   Yesterday I made seedy loaf and rolls, spice blend for slow cooked lamb. Pita bread, two lots of lime marmalade, tahini and baba gahnoush. Today DH took control - ground chipotles to make powder and then made a spicy chicken dish and a rice/chickpea combo which I haven't tasted yet but smells divine. He loves spices......

Bedlam, you have mastered the macaroon! I am envious. Mine were a disaster. I also spy JulioO's tart which I have been meaning to make.

I wonder if your team is winning DD?

My team never made the finals Cookie, but I would have liked to see the Dockers make it to the next round.

I participated in the local cycling club's race today, 50km with a BBQ at the clubroom afterword.  It was a handicap event, I came second last in both position and on handicap. It was fun any way.

You are very observant Denise, sciatica- can't sleep!  This is a nice way to spend a sleepless night.  Nearing the end of your day, hope you sleep well.

Great looking food Bedlam.

Bonsai which recipe did you follow for the lime marmalade? I have the last of my limes to use up and was thinking of making lime and ginger marmalade for Dad, just not sure which recipe to follow.

Jo, are the muffins from the forum? Interesting combo that I haven't tried before

Sort of....
The Apple & Blueberry muffins were based on this recipe.
But I just used tmx-chopped raw apple instead of canned apple, yoghurt instead of buttermilk, and reduced sugar to 70g.
They were a fairly dense muffin and didn't rise very much, but very popular.

The other muffins were based on this one that I use often (usually with raspberries), but just milk instead of buttermilk, and reduced sugar to 100g. And I forgot to sprinkle the shredded coconut on top.
