Wonder - I used the orange marmalade recipe in the EDC and substituted limes. Mine were very juicy so only added 200ml water with second batch which reduced the amount of bubble and splatter when cooking on varoma. Took 20 minutes to get to a thick chunky consistency.

Cauli/broccoli with parsley sauce, beef soup made from leftovers in fridge & freezer, Drovers Potato Pie from Annette Sym Book 7 (left the top off one to show the filling).

Not overly sweet dede. I can only eat about a half piece of what is shown. Some of my colleagues have a sweet tooth and ate several pieces.

I picked up a tray of strawberries,15 punnets for $6.00. We ate a lot on Sunday, today I made 2 lots of Chookies yummy jam. The first batch is beautiful but I only had one green apple so second batch tried a red apple, not so good. Will be nice with icecream or yoghurt. I didn't use jamsetta in either.
Drover pies look good JD.
