Astarra, I use tapatalk to add photos. If I can do it it must be simple.
BZB and JulieO should be in the food photography business.  Yummy B

Yum! All looks and sounds great. I might have to have a look for the lemon tart recipe...have a few lemons from MIL's tree that are getting close to the end of their useful life!

The kids seem extra hungry at the moment - we are demolishing a batch of bread daily, as well as other snacks and baking. After my Sunday bakefest I have made daily breads (plain rolls, cheesymite scrolls, fruit braid, baguettes), another batch of muffins, biscuits and a double batch of crispy olives (some taken as a plate to a Scouts event, but luckily no one seemed to know what they were and try them so some came home again).

Here is what is left of the fruit braid - half gone already!

That braid looks perfect Jo.
Confit garlic, garlic oil and coconut butter for me today
Last time my confit garlic was more like a paste today they stayed in one piece.

I wonder if it was the amount of lemon juice, the only other thing was I couldn't get Aussie garlic so bought Spanish. They were and firm. Either way it is great to use.
