Wonder , good healthy lunch.
Easy to make.  Could cook them on hot plate on BBQ,  although these were cooked in non stick pan on stove.
Will post recipe.

Had a morning in the kitchen, very rare for me these days. I made a loaf of bread & some rolls but the oven decided to throw a hissy fit and went crazy - right up to over 220oC before I noticed it then when I tried to turn it down to 180oC it went right down to 140oC and stayed there.  I couldn't control it at all, consequently because the rolls were up the top of the oven they browned quickly with the initial heat but are a little doughy inside because of the low temperature.  I cooked them longer but that didn't help.  I ate one for lunch, passable but not good enough, perhaps toasting them will enable me to use them up.

I let the oven cool down a bit then have since reset the temperature to 180oC and blow me down, the b****y thing did as asked  :-))

I also picked all my spinach and steamed then froze the excess.  Kept some back for a risotto over the weekend.

Had a fridge clean out and made a vegetable curry from the forum, will do a review when I try it over the weekend but the spoonful I tasted was really nice.  No problems with the TMX for these tasks.

I came to the computer to post this and upload the photos.  I get a message Removeable Disk F - there's a problem with this drive.  Scan the drive and fix it now!!   However it went through OK - so why the message.  Something out there is trying to get into my head today ???  Thanks goodness the TMX is reliable.

They nice, lacy flat breads Chookie.  Do they taste much different to wheat flat breads?

The flatbreads look lovely.

Judy I think you need to retire from the kitchen and maybe the computer. One of them doesn't like you today. Nasty thing. ;)

Made some vegan cookies today. They are very nice. Will convert and post the recipe when my new TMX arrives.
They look a little pale in the photo but are actually a nice golden colour.

Have enjoyed trying T2 out this morning, after a quick shop to restock. I made a pumpkin and spinach frittata ( winged it from a plate sil bought over, tasty but pumpkin a bit sweet I feel), a trio of dips, hummus, herb and garlic(first time I have made that one) and the Carrot dip posted by Deedub. Also Chookies delicious tahini cookies( these are too yummy for me to have in the house) DH wasn't sure at first taste as was expecting buttery Anzacs , much healthier. I will see how many he eats!
