Helene's 1 minute bread.  I didn't give it the extra 2 hours but baked it directly after the overnight rise.  Seems ok.

Co quilled Saint Jacques, scalloped in rich cream sauce.  Did most of the work in TMX. Will try and post photo of finished dish.

Congrats ES! 👏👏👏 Such a talented cook.

INAID, love your new oven's sparkling-ness 😎

Yum Chookie! 😋

Astarra I've got to make those rolls. They look beautiful 👍

Made chicken curry and tandoori paste so far. Will try to cook more before my back caves in.

If you haven't tried this tandoori paste, you have to! It's fabulous 😋😋

Is the recipe from here BZB?

I've made the New York Rye bread. I've still got my head in numbers to a degree so not much cooking. Just a few more numbers to crunch for this month and hopefully next month will be very near the end. Just have to tell our sponsors what we used their money for now. Must make sure we don't tell them all the same thing.
We have had very positive vibes back from the National Meet. Lovely news.

Thank you......bowing deeply.  :)

I managed to fit in the making of the Apple Cake from the T5 book. It's lovely. Thanks for suggesting it CC.

I sprinkled it with Molasses sugar before I baked it instead of icing sugar afterwards. We had some with custard for dessert. It's very tasty.

Couldn't post scallop dish as eager eaters were waiting.
This is Mustard Chicken before final browning in oven.  Not a TMX dish.

Funny you should ask that Amanda. I've been eying off a pumpkin loaf at the farmers market, so have experimented a little and developed my own recipe. I didn't enter the royal show this year as I had the flu, so entered a local country show this weekend with this pumpkin loaf and came away with the ribbon for the best exhibit in open cookery! I also did well with most of the other entries I put in too, as did DD who got a first, second, third and a well done for her 4 entries. I will post the recipe for the pumpkin bread soon😄

Wow - well done you!
There is a gorgeous pumpkin bread made up here in the Adelaide Hills, but it costs the earth. I'd love to be able to make something similar.

I've made a vegie stir fry and some sour dough crumpets - 4 plain and 4 sultana ones.
