Hi troupie,

I used the recipe on p155 of Quirky Cooking. I've had a quick look on her blog but she doesn't have the recipe there. There is another Paleo Bread recipe on the Recipe Community site if you'd like to try that: http://www.recipecommunity.com.au/baking-savoury-recipes/paleo-bread-converted-elenas-pantry-wwwwholefoodiekitchen/105636

I made a fruit cake this morning to take away with us and will make some biscuits at some stage over the weekend.

Pasta looks good Uni - I keep meaning to give it a try, but haven't got there yet. The kids have been bugging me to make Icecream for ages, so today I succumbed and made some hokey pokey icecream

I love making pasta. Looks great uni. First thing cooked in my new oven was paleo bread from quirky cooking. Yum! Whole family loved it.

I made herb & garlic pull apart bread, broccoli salad both from BCB, corn on cob, and BBQ'd sirloin steak. Made some home made Milo for DD and will need to make some more for me soon.

Showed Ral ES ice cream ,  guess who wants some.  ,!
Last night made pizzas with what has now become my go to recipe. Use Narells Thin and Crispy base recipe.  Makes 8 small pizza bases. I roll them, one at a time, spread just tomato sauce on them and cook for 2 minutes in the New Wave Pizza machine. Set aside and allow everyone to do their own toppings.  Back in machine for about 3 minutes.  Base crisps up and topping cook beautifully.  I vacuum seal any bases not used and freeze.
