As my DD was going back to Melbourne today  :'( I made some of Tenina's Choccie Crio Oaties. They didn't work out, and I'm not surprised as there was 150g butter and only 2 tablespoons of flour and 130g of rolled oats. Can you guess - the mixture was all wrong and just melted into a bit flat pancake which I binned. Has anyone else made these? Thank god I don't live on a farm cos I would have had to milk the cow and separate the cream, but I just went to the shop and bought more butter to make the Peanut Crisps. Success! can't let my girl go home empty handed   :-)) Tenina redeemed herself however cos I then made some Granuesli. During the week I made Skinnymixers Chicken Tikka Masala which was very nice and am linking in case its of interest to anyone

CP they sounded familiar so I had a look in my file and found the recipe with this note:

"When I made these I wasn’t sure how many it would make and made 9 HUGE ones out of the mix.  They spread and touched each other so have made a note to shape into about 18 over 2-3 trays.  Didn’t bother to drizzle with choc but that would really cap these off.  Really, really lovely!"

I must have liked them but they obviously didn't look all that great as I didn't take a photo.  ;D
