I try and do at least 10,000 steps a day as a minimum.
It helps with my arthritis and keeps me happy.
I wear a Polaris loop which I wear 24/7.
It records steps sleep and keeps a diary when down loaded.
I would like to loose 3 kgs.
Thank goodness for the Thermomix and healthy food

Lucky you Robyn, home grown are so much better than those in the shops.

Not really cooking but I took some of the bread and butter pickles I made weeks ago with a cheese platter to Melbourne Cup drinks etc. yesterday. Yum! Now I just have to remember which recipe I used

Looks delicious Gayle
I am cooking from the Indian cookbook today. Amritsari Dahl, Bombay potatoes with the addition of some cauliflower which should taste like Aloo Gobi and I have marinated some chicken in tandoori paste. Taking it all in containers to Mandurah and will give us a couple of meals without too much cooking.

What?, to go with the drumsticks, meatballs and potato dish Uni. I'd go with the pasta, there's enough meat there for them surely!! Sometimes I think it would be great having to cook for people with huge appetites but I don't think for very long before realising I'd soon get sick of it LOL.
