Today have made 10 SD crumpets, carrot , date and Almond balls, a salad using Capsicum sauce and Savoury Granola and still have to make Tahini biscuits, Salted Caramel Icecream and bread.

All the food looks amazing. I can't wait to get back cooking. DH is happy to follow my instructions but I don't think he wants to spend too much time cooking.

I took most of the day off work today and got did some cleaning as well as making beef rendang from the T5 book, pizza pockets for DH's lunch using the pizza bases from the everyday cookbook, rice, and a vegetable curry from the indian book. From a taste test the rendang is lovely but I don't think the vegetable curry will be a winner.
