Lovely cooking ES. The cake tin looks perfect.
I haven't really done much cooking as we have been finishing off left overs. They are pretty well gone now so I may have to do some work.

Stinking hot in Perth today, however I made pumpkin soup for DH. With all the strong pain killers he has had over Christmas, his pain has moved from broken ribs to lower end, I if you get my drift.  Pumpkin soup always helps!
I've also made some Cranberry & Pistachio Balls , that are divine.
Just having Vietnamese Rice Paper rolls for dinner tonight. No cooking involved, too warm.

Cookie , all looks lovely.
ES,  lovely bread tin and very nice loaf.
Made some Vanilla and Maple Syrup Essence Ice Cream.  I used an essence as it doesn't add more sweetness ,  just flavor.
Still working on the Ham.
Made pumpkin soup in TMX 5 from Chip. This is the 4 th. time I have made this recipe.

Have just made 6 grain bread rolls in 35 minutes
