Love to read what. Everyone had for Xmas Day.  DD had us all over .  We had a cold lunch with hot Potato and Rosemary Pizzas, instead of Potato Salad. She used the thin and crispy recipe, Narells from the Forum. Certainly different but very nice. Rolled small bread rolls from leftover Pizza dough.  I made a Pav and it had more than 2 inches of Marshmellow in the center. Covered with cream and berries. Not TMX.  Cherries , Mangos and Ice Cream for those who didn't want Pav.
DD made lots of nice salads  . A simple but delicious meal.
Today,  ham and salads.  Might make Cookies Vienna loaf.

I might make some fruit mince crossings today. I saved some of my Cherry Fruit Mince to do it. It's quite warm so may change my mind.  :D

Our Christmas lunch was salads and cold meat. Followed by fruit salad, trifle and your choice of Rum and Raisin icecream, Rocky Road icecream cake or Tenina's Christmas Pudding Bombe which is delicious and so easy to do. It's on her blog.

Making some healthy snacks today. Spicy Indian roasted chickpeas (hardly any left as DH loves them) no heat just lovely flavour.
Also kale chips done in the dehydrator. Usually I season with nutritional yeast flakes but as DD is visiting and is coeliac I experimented with tahini paste and they are lovely.

Cookie, your Christmas table looks absolutely wonderful!!
Mich - these sound really great!
My DD is up from Canberra and has taken over the kitchen!  :D :D  She has been cooking up a storm since Christmas Daty.  I haven't cooked a thing but tomorrow will be doing a pullapart and JD's Caramelised Onion and Mushroom tarts.

Michelle, those chickpeas do sound nice.
I haven't done much cooking over Christmas, but I've made a double batch of my favourite Portuguese custard tarts, and then made mini pavlovas with the egg whites. Tonight I made a bacon and egg pie for dinner and tried out the bread tin I got for Christmas.
