GD must be very proud of her batch of rolls, I certainly would be.

Just making a plum clafoutis with plum sauce for dessert tonight.  Batter is standing so just has to bake.

Only made yoghurt this morning and boiled some eggs for egg sandwiches for GD. Eating chilli con carne from freezer tonight.
ASTARRA , reading that you may have forgotten whether you had tried a recipe or not, I keep a packet of little sticker stars in a plastic sleeve at front of cooking folder. When I make something we love it gets a gold star, an ok dish that perhaps DH liked but not me so much gets a silver, if it wasn't liked at all I throw it out.
Of course I write any notes of changes as well.,

Those muffins look great Kimmy,  which recipe did you use?

I'm going back to full time work (only for 12 weeks though), so am busily thinking of veggie-packed meals that I can make ahead and freeze. The ideas are the easy part, sustaining the energy to cook them is another matter entirely! So far today I made 2x zucchini slice (a variation of Astarra's recipe), meat and lentil lasagne, Pasta & Meatballs (forum recipe, left meatballs uncooked ready to airfry), and my favourite Jamie Oliver's Tiny Meatballs with ragu (from his "Cook" cookbook). So far, that's approximately 14 meals...I wonder how many more I can make tomorrow...

Good luck with the plan Jamberie, I hope you can keep it going.
Katj, the glaze on the strawberries was simply strawberry jam and a little hot water. I microwaved it for a bit and stirred it all up and applied with a brush. It was quite runny.

I hadn't planned on cooking today but DH and DD decided to make some Vareniki. They are similar to piroshki but use a pasta type pastry and you fill with potato type fillings. Boil to cook and then fry off in a little butter before eating. DH had made the fillings, heaps of it.  ;Do hey then said they needed me to do the pastry/pasta. I had to make 2 lots and they still had heaps of filling left. DH thought that the rolls we had the other day ( Uni's one hour rolls) would be lovely with the filling in. Therefore I needed to make a batch of those. They have all turned out well. I haven't tasted any yet. I will pop up a photo when we eat them, probably start tonight.  :-\ :-\ :D ;)

The muffins are CP's from here jam http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=2394.0

Started the new year with pancakes and followed with CP's mums cheesecake slice, strawberry Icecream and strawberry icy poles. Finished the day with butter chicken.

That looks delicious. Today I churned some vanilla icecream and made Julie O's apricot jam. I also baked a loaf of bread and made Hally's lamb and fetta burgers using Turkey mince instead of lamb.

They look delicious Kimmy. Your jam has a lovely colour ES. I hope to get some cheap apricots to make some jam soon.

This is the Vareniki and the One hour rolls with potato filling that the family made today.

Photos are great girls, keep them coming.  I doubt there will be much coming out of Adelaide tomorrow with 42 expected. I'm thawing out some tiger prawns at the moment, it will be cold food for me.
