Made a loaf of Paleo Bread. Not vegan as it has 6 eggs (my eggs were from a backyard chook person).
Wouldn't make a sandwich out of it but it tastes good. Next time I would leave out the salt.

Which recipe did you use mcmich?

Pete Evan's. http://peteevans.com.au/
It's more of a savoury loaf than a bread to use for sangers but very nice.

It looks wonderful Chookie. What a clever GS. What did he cook the loaves on the right in? Was it a bar tin? They look a lovely size.

Yes Cookie, a long bar tin.  This is what Jilly made today. Chocolate cases, made by dipping small water balloons int melted chocolate and set up in fridge.

It looks like you're all having fun Chookie, so the children cook at home at all?  Bread looks fantastic.
