Your cake looks delicious Judy.  Oops is bread is indeed an unusual thing. Who would have thought those ingredients could make something bread like?

Cake looks good Judy.  What are you going to do with it?
MAde 9 jars of Apricot Jam. Pre cooked Apricots in Microwave with halved lemons.  Cut down cooking time.
Visitors for Afternoon Tea.  Itching to cook something but will use sausage rolls and Belgium Lemon Tea Cake from freezer.

I had a piece for lunch whilst it was still hot Chookie, made some low fat custard to have with it.  I gave 1/2 of it to the neighbours who gave me the nectarines and took some around to Mum as well.

I love reading what you are all doing with your summer fruit, it's sure keeping everyone busy.

I made the Rye Bread from the recipe link that DJ posted and a batch of cupcakes to turn into laming tons tomorrow. I usually use cupcakes as it saves cutting up any other sort of cake.
Now doing ricotta gnocchi for dinner.

Very Aussie Kimmy.  Nice to have helpers, especially with the lamingtons as they're so messy to coat.

Tried a half sized Vienna loaf in my small slow cooker today. Came out crispy and lovely crumb after 2 hours. No need to grill the top.
