I succumbed with all these pasta pics and bought myself the KA pasta press attachment that I have been secretly wanting. I was thinking that I don't really want another machine in my kitchen, and I love my KA as an accessory to my TM. I have the pasta roller attachment and that is A1. I made a rigatoni from it straightaway and although they recommended 2-3 mins (I did 3) like Maddy, I think it needs bit longer.

I have that one too CP :) I look forward to seeing your creations :)

I made a Turkish Yoghurt Cake today. The recipe is on The Annoyed Throid's blog and also some Fruit Bread. I put molasses in it and mango, sultanas and macadamias.

I made some chocolate cupcakes today and Pumpkin soup to have cold. Late this afternoon DH decided he wanted to try to make Potato soup. He did and it was lovely. We now have both to finish tomorrow. I am tempted to put cold Pumpkin soup in the bowl, then pour hot Potato soup into the centre of it.

well I had a little snack just after lunch today of 8 medjool dates and it was 560 calories - so that blew my calorie budget for the rest of the day and now I'm starving. I couldn't believe they were that much! I hope no one posts a picture of food they've cooked as I'm just drinking water to get me thru

Oh CP. I love dried fruit, but it is extremely high in calories.

What are Raspberry Bites Margaret?

Denise, I found these Raspberry Bites on the Wholefood Simply site and they are yummy.

The recipe is below.  Moderators please remove if this is against the rules.

Raspberry Bites

1/2 cup frozen raspberries
4 medjool dates, seeds removed
1/2 cup raw cashews or sunflower seeds for a nut free version
1 cup desiccated coconut
Place the ingredients into your food processor and pulse at high speed until broken down and well combined.
Use your hands to shape into balls.
Either leave as they are or roll in coconut or cacao or cocoa or drizzle with melted dark chocolate.
Place in the fridge to set.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Mab I have copied your recipe into the raw section.  I for one will be looking for it and not able to find it. It really sounds nice.
