I succumbed with all these pasta pics and bought myself the KA pasta press attachment that I have been secretly wanting. I was thinking that I don't really want another machine in my kitchen, and I love my KA as an accessory to my TM. I have the pasta roller attachment and that is A1. I made a rigatoni from it straightaway and although they recommended 2-3 mins (I did 3) like Maddy, I think it needs bit longer.

Raspberry Bites1/2 cup frozen raspberries4 medjool dates, seeds removed1/2 cup raw cashews or sunflower seeds for a nut free version1 cup desiccated coconutPlace the ingredients into your food processor and pulse at high speed until broken down and well combined.Use your hands to shape into balls.Either leave as they are or roll in coconut or cacao or cocoa or drizzle with melted dark chocolate.Place in the fridge to set.
