Don't use the frozen raspberries from the Supermarket.

My raspberries came from a friends garden.  She gave me almost 3kgs, so they are in my freezer.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Thanks girls.  Chookie, Mum was very surprised that we can make crumpets - her look of disbelief was a laugh.

Just finished making my trifles, I even made my own orange jelly using Titanium gelatin sheets and it's really nice.

Easy peasy Michele, I'll post the recipe in desserts girls.  It's from a TMX blogger but I read it incorrectly so, really I guess I can call it my own recipe now  :D

I've cooked some apple butter in the slow cooker overnight.  Delicious. Used 3 granny smiths & 3 Royal Gala.  Lots of recipes online but this was the most simple as far as I was concerned.

muffins, American brownies, pancakes for brekkie, minestrone soup, bread rolls

I've done lots of cooking this weekend. Magic bean cupcakes with Isi's choc topping , vanilla wacky cupcakes with buttercream, salted caramel fudge and an Icecream cake. The bottom layer of cake was mint Choc chip and the top layer was blue bubblegum. It was a hot day and the cake started to melt, but it was a hit with the kids



I did some more cooking today and made the KIS strawberry meringue cake with a different base, Amy's muffins, carrot and quinoa balls
