The Pasta machine...love it!!
So quick & easy.  Can see why Julie, Stace & cookie rave.

600g penne in 15 mins

Turned it into Mexican pasta & chicken salad

And 300g fettuccine in 10 mins.  Turned that into pesto chicken & pasta salad for school lunches

I do find the 3 minutes they state to cook in boiling water is not enough, more like 5/6 min., but it's a quick process from start to finish regardless.

.........EAT CAKE!

Oh wow, what great cooking girls.  If only I had a family at home, I'd have one of those pasta machines in a shot.

I'm with you on the Pasta machine Judy, only DH and myself at home and we rarely eat pasta, but never say never!
The ease of use and beautiful pictures all you girls are showing is very tempting.

I've been cooking my pasta machine pasta in the thermomix. I bring the water to a boil, add the pasta, use reverse  :-:and cook for the desired time. It makes it all so very easy. I'm expecting my pasta shape extruders any day now.

Katj, there's only 2 of us here too and I don't really eat pasta these days either.  It's something I do for DH as he loves it and there are so many lovely pasta/sauce/bake recipes out there that it makes it fun to do.   :D

Agree with the cooking times. I think I posted in my first review that it took about 5 mins before it was how I wanted it.  I just pick a bit out and taste it until I'm happy with it.  :)

Great cooking there Maddy, and love the little cakes Chookie.  :D

chookie, those muffins look very scummy. I tried once earlier on to cook biscuits in the AF, massive fail, and haven't tried anything like that since. I think its a great idea when you are only wanting a small batch.

I succumbed with all these pasta pics and bought myself the KA pasta press attachment that I have been secretly wanting. I was thinking that I don't really want another machine in my kitchen, and I love my KA as an accessory to my TM. I have the pasta roller attachment and that is A1. I made a rigatoni from it straightaway and although they recommended 2-3 mins (I did 3) like Maddy, I think it needs bit longer.

Fantastic cooking everyone.

I would love a pasta machine but DH doesn't like pasta so I won't be getting one just for me. :(

Today I have made siix small vegetable slices, roasted vegetable soup, a muesli slice and frozen some bean that we were given.

Yesterday it was a Carrot Cake and Raspberry Bites

Sorry no pictures as the battery on my camera up and died.  :'( :'(
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Great cooking ladies.
Maddy your pasta is brilliant. Are those recipes from the book that comes with it? Or Maddy creations you must share with us?
I really really want this machine, but grumpy DH says nooo.
