Everyone's cooking looks great. I dealt with some overripe fruit by making mango icecream and strawberry Choc chip icecream. I also made easy Apple teacake cupcakes and quicker than a packet cake cupcakes. Tonight I turned some leftover Chile con carne into enchiladas using Julie O's recipe for the tortillas.

KimmY I would love the paella recipe if you get a chance. I tried one from taste.com and felt it didn't have much flavour.

What beautiful gifts CC. I'm sure she will love them.

Nikki reminded us of the recipe for Vanilla Bean Paste from tickofyum.webs.com
I use a lot of this so I am going to make some and see how I like it. It will certainly be cheaper than buying it.

I don't believe it....when I went to take the pics of the cookies I made today, all I could find were crumbs in the bottom of the container........... :o

Was a batch of Choc chunk cookies and a batch of Snappy's lunchbox cookies.
:D
