KimmyH that looks great. Did the family like it?

Chookie, that paella looks lovely. I've been wanting to cook paella foe ages. KimmyH, with your paella do you use a paella pan and do you use a particular recipe?

OMGosh Chookie and Kimmy. Great food and fab pics.

I had a big cook up yesterday trying to get a head start for the week. I made 2 loaves of sourdough, sourdough apricot muffins, cheese & bacon rolls, oatie biscuits, brazil nut choc chip biscuits and salmon & onion puff pie. Sadly this will not even last the week. DD went off to work today with a slab of the salmon pie, a cheese & bacon roll, and 2 of the biscuits :o I didn't see what the boys took.

OMG, jinni, I am exhausted just reading about what you baked.
The Soft Spanish rolls are good. Photo and recipe to follow.  Recipe on my Blog until I can post it here. This site won't let me transfer.
Have just found that rolls good for hamburgers. Might have to adapt Big Mac recipe!!

That looks incredible Kimmy!!!  8)

We have been out all day, but I just whipped up the banana oatcake from Devil Cookbook (but only had 1 egg where it asked for 2, I just crossed fingers and hoped for the best.....) The girls are demolishing as much as they are allowed - keeping some for tomorrows lunchboxes!!! :)
:D

Yes family like it, but I think it needs more flavour.
Wonder, I use a paella pan and a recipe that I think came from an sis show. I've been making it for years and have tweaked it many times to suit our tastes. More than happy to share it if you want.
